Cancellation & Refund Policy

In order to provide the best service and experience possible DSH requires advanced bookings. Not only does this give us time to prepare it ensures that you are allocated to the best possible training time.

If any cancellation occurs prior to the start of your Master Class, DSH will refund 50% of your fee. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, we must receive your cancellation notice in writing at least 7 days prior to the event, and it will become effective only when received by DSH.

We reserve the right to cancel the Master Class for any reason. In such an event, any funds paid directly to us for this Master Class will be refunded. We are not responsible for flight, hotel or any other fees that occur as a result of cancellation.

We understand that your schedule may change at the last minute and/or emergencies may occur preventing you from attending, and we will be happy to make arrangements to reschedule your Master Class for a date that can better accommodate your situation.
